⚬ Description ⚬
This is an archival print of the original collage. Fits standard 11” x 14” frame.
The original piece was cut and pasted by hand from collection of used and vintage books.
Sasuke and Naruto have a complex relationship. And one would say... the pair are often seen as the moon and sun, respectively. Even for their hair and outfit...Sasuke is the night child. The black and blues exemplify his darker personality. In the same way, Naruto... a carefree and boisterous ninja ... with bright blonde hair and orange clothes that set him up as the sun.
The contrast between warm and cool colors in this collage portrays the opposite ends of the spectrum. It's impressive how relatively few shades of color can clearly distinguish the characters. Naruto’s nine tails are symbolized with the use of pedicels whereas Sasuke’s Susanoo is depicted with the choice of blue and purple flowers along with lengthy vines.
